A drug free society through effective control of drug supply.
 

MISSION

Effective and efficient enforcement NDA Act to control drug crimes, mainly of drugs, and focus on execution of quality arrest by apprehending principal drug traffickers and quantity seizures in order to bring drug criminals to justice.

 

INTERNATIONAL COMMITMENT

NCB , as the lead agency functioning within the protocol of Ministry of Home Affairs, utilizes Nepal Police resources to enforce provisions contained in the following international instruments.

• Convention on Narcotic Drugs 1961
• Convention on Psychotropic Substances 1971.
• UN convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances 1988.
• SAARC Convention on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1990.

NCB also coordinates and collaborates with other law enforcement agency.
